  1. Go to the epiCentre download page
  2. Click on the Download button under New installs
    1. This will start the download of the latest version of epiCentre and its prerequisites
  3. After the download is completed, unzip the file
  4. Run the DOUBLE CLICK TO INSTALL.bat file and it will guide you through the process of installing epiCentre and its prerequisites
    1. For most situations, you just need to keep hitting next
    2. It will install Visual C++ 2005, a security update for Visual C++ 2005, and a Crystal Reports run-time
  5. Open epiCentre and you should see the Database Configuration Wizard
  6. Close off epiCentre
  7. Get the config file from another computer that is already connected and place it in the configuration file location (default of C:\epiCentre), or see
    1. If this is the first install of a new service, please see how to set up the database
  8. Open epiCentre and login with the details your service has provided for you
