This is a guide for staff using palCentre software to enter the Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC) Version 3 dataset and/or the profile data collection. 
palCentre is a software program that has been purpose built for services participating in the Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC).

It has been designed as an easy to use tool for services to collect information about patients, the interventions they receive and their outcomes.Throughout this guide, the information is setup both as pages that will guide you through entering data as well as a video for each section.
