PACOP provides participating ACH with service reports biannually. We are pleased to support these ACHs as they begin to use their how best to interpret the PACOP reports to inform and evidence continuous quality improvement processes of their ACHs.

Opportunities for quality improvement through the translation of PACOP reports extend beyond the immediate homes' environment as organisations frequently review their PACOP reports within their clinical governance processes to maximise impact from the insights PACOP reports provide. Be sure .

In this space you will find resources to help review and analyse the PACOP reports and dashboards.

You are also welcome to book a report review meeting with your PACOP Improvement Facilitator for support with utilising your PACOP report suite for continuous quality improvement. Please note in order to do so, your ACH must have submitted data over a three-month period and you must be listed on your PACOP registration form as a contact who can receive access to reports.
