palCentre is a software program that has been purpose built for services and aged care homes participating in PCOC and PACOP. It has been designed as an easy to use tool for services to collect information about patients and residents, the care they receive and their outcomes. palCentre allows services and homes to enter data for reporting, promotes consistent terminology, processes and protocols among services and homes participating in PCOC and PACOP.
