DefinitionThis additional end date can only be used during Concurrent pathways, where a group program is offered concurrently with individual clinical appointments. Under the ePPOC protocol, the start and end of a group program trigger a patient-reported outcome assessment. Therefore, for concurrent pathways, the start dates of both the pathway as a whole and the group program can be entered. If the concurrent pathway ends with the completion of the group pain management program, these two dates will be the same
