This additional start date can only be used during Concurrent pathways, where a group program is offered concurrently with individual clinical appointments. Under the ePPOC protocol, the start and end of a group program trigger a patient-reported outcome assessment. Therefore, for concurrent pathways, the start dates of both the pathway as a whole and the group program can be entered. If the concurrent pathway begins with the start of the group pain management program, these two dates will be the same

For ePPOC, the start and end of a group program trigger a patient-reported outcome assessment. Therefore, for concurrent pathways, the start dates and end dates of both the pathway as a whole and the group program can be entered in order to assess outcomes based on elapsed time and intervention type.
