Bug fixes

  1. Added a missing space after 'often present' in the pain codeset.

  2. Corrected the error message on the facility details page.

  3. The "Country of Birth - Other" field now allows spaces, enabling entry of countries with two words.

  4. The "Specify language" field now allows spaces, enabling entry of countries with two words.

  5. The "Specify language" text field is no longer mandatory when "Require interpreter" is selected as "Yes".

  6. The footer section now prints as NZ instead of AU for NZ caregivers.

  7. Pop-up notifications about unsaved changes will no longer appear when no actual modifications have been made.

  8. The "Restore" button now correctly prompts users to confirm restoration of the questionnaire.
