SOS

In order to ensure better control over the data submission software and improve your data submission experience, we have developed Secured Online Submission (S.O.S). This platform allows you to securely submit multiple extracts of your data in a simple manner. S.O.S is maintained and managed by us, therefore improving support response times. The S.O.S platform has been designed to reduce frustration and time required for data submission while enhancing security.

This document has been created to help you submit your data, it will detail every step from data extraction to data submission.

Extract your data using epiCentre

epiCentre allows you to both collect and extract data. In a standard extract epiCentre creates 6 files for adult facilities and 8 files for paediatric services.

1. Login to epiCentre
   
2. Click EXTRACT on the top bar of epiCentre
   
   
   
3. Choose the appropriate options for extraction and then click Submit
   1. Folder:  epiCentre has a default extract location of C:\Users\%username%\Documents\_epiCentre_Extracts, If you'd like a different folder location, you can click on Browse and navigate to a different location
      1. ePPOC recommends you keep the same folder structure, but add on "\2018 Annual Report" in order to place it in a folder of its own
