We know staff in aged care homes are incredibly busy delivering care to their residents. That’s where palCentre comes into play. It makes embedding PACOP assessments and processes into routine care seamless.

So your ACH has installed palCentre onto a computer?

Your next step as a ‘User’ of palCentre is to make sure you get started R.I.G.H.T. This concept includes five initial quick training steps to learn so you can get on with care while getting the most out of palCentre. These steps are outlined briefly in the attached guide, and they include:

R – RESIDENTS – Add/edit a Resident

I – IDENTIFYING Status – Add/update a resident Status

G – GATHERING Assessments – Add/view/edit Assessments

H – HOW to find a resident – Using the Search functions

T – TELLING the story – Using the Report functions (Individual/ACH)
