We know staff in aged care homes are incredibly busy delivering care to their residents. That’s where palCentre comes into play. palCentre is specifically designed software that is clinically useful for triaging, guiding and navigating care of residents, it makes embedding PACOP assessments and processes into routine care at your aged care home (ACH) seamless.

So your ACH has installed palCentre onto a computer?

Your next step as a ‘User’ of palCentre is to make sure you get started R.I.G.H.T.

This concept includes five initial quick training steps so you can get on with care while getting the most out of palCentre. We have created a quick start guide for palCentre ‘Users’ called; Getting palCentre R.I.G.H.T. It is designed to do just that, get you started in the right way.

The 5 steps to 'Getting palCentre R.I.G.H.T include:

R – RESIDENTS – Add/edit a Resident

I – IDENTIFYING Status – Add/update a resident Status

G – GATHERING Assessments – Add/view/edit Assessments

H – HOW to find a resident – Using the Search functions
