For some ePPOC data items, negative values are assigned to denote different types of non-response or missingness. These values are defined in the table below.
Value | Description |
|---|---|
-2 | The patient or pain management service did not enter a response for this item |
-4 | A response to this item was not required (i.e. the item was not applicable to that patient) |
-5 | This value is used for a range of specific situations where data are missing for reasons other than -2 or -4 above. For example, a questionnaire was created in epiCentre but the patient has not accessed the questionnaire link to respond, or a questionnaire has been created but not sent. |
