Release Notes:

New Features

  1. Users can now view previous questionnaire summaries related to the episode of care in paediatric reports, enabling better-informed decision-making during the treatment journey.

  2. Login will be disabled when there is a mismatch of the installed version.

  3. Added the ability to order Service events by the most recent date.

  4. The carer report summary page now includes assessment results, providing carers of pediatric patients with a comprehensive view of the patient's progress.

  5. Enhanced the Advanced Search functionality to include the ePPOC Patient ID as a search term, allowing users to accurately locate specific patient records.comprehensive view of the patient's progress.

  6. Pediatric access users can now include deleted file records in data extraction for better comparison.

  7. Introduced a predefined email template for support requests, enabling users to provide detailed information for easier debugging.

  9. Users can now click anywhere on an expired questionnaire record to navigate directly to the individual patient screen.

  10. Implemented lost password functionality: users receive a temporary password via email and can reset their password.

  11. Added a "REDCap Connectivity Check" button in the About section to facilitate easy debugging.

Improvements

  1. Enhanced security by encrypting sensitive information in the database.

  2. The Episode details page now enforces proper validation for the Start Date field, ensuring that only the appropriate options are enabled in the End Mode dropdown box.

  3. Enhanced log file management: Increased log file count for better issue investigation.

  4. Removed the pathway review questionnaire trigger from the action list.

  5. Added clear and concise instructions to the "Patient Information" section of the follow-up questionnaire, ensuring better understanding of the required information entry.

  6. Added clearer instructions in the "Office Use Only" section, with the phrase "Is this section complete" now bolded, to help users ensure the completion status of data entry

  7. Procedural service event descriptors are now more aligned with clinical practice.

  8. The 'Notes' title has been changed to 'Administrative Notes' to provide clarity regarding documentation of administrative information.

  9. Updated the conversion tool (oMEDD) to allow components to accept values with up to one decimal place, providing greater accuracy.

  10. Enhanced visual differentiation in paediatric reports with distinct grey shades for headings and fields.

  11. Log files now include current version information to facilitate more efficient troubleshooting.

  12. Sensitive information is no longer logged to log files, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

  13. Implemented password recommendations to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access.

Bug fixes

  1. Added a missing space after 'often present' in the pain codeset.

  2. Corrected the error message on the facility details page.

  3. The "Country of Birth - Other" field now allows spaces, enabling entry of countries with two words.

  4. The "Specify language" field now allows spaces, enabling entry of countries with two words.

  5. The "Specify language" text field is no longer mandatory when "Require interpreter" is selected as "Yes".

  6. The footer section now prints as NZ instead of AU for NZ caregivers.

  7. Pop-up notifications about unsaved changes will no longer appear when no actual modifications have been made.

  8. The "Restore" button now correctly prompts users to confirm restoration of the questionnaire.
