Introduction
ePPOC Online Services (EOP) is a secure, web-based service that enables ePPOC member facility staff to manage personal details and access their ePPOC reports.
Facilities can opt to have one or many of their staff registered to use EOP and are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised staff gains access to EOP.
This user manual provides ePPOC members with detailed instructions on how to use the functions available within EOP.
Computing requirements
To access EOP, users will need:
- An EOP username and password
- Internet connectivity
- A standard internet browser with pop-ups, browser scripting and cookies enabled
- Adobe Acrobat reader to view or open PDF files.
The recommended browsers are:
- Internet Explorer 8.0+
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Safari
The recommended screen resolution is 1024 x 768.
