Reporting

ePPOC Mid Year and Annual benchmarking reports can be downloaded via the EOP Document Library. You will need Adobe Acrobat reader (any version) to view or open PDF files. The ePPOC Document Library is only available to individuals whose EOP account reflects such privileges.

Downloading ePPOC benchmarking reports

To download your facility’s benchmark report(s), follow these steps:

• Click “Download Reports” from the Reporting tab on the main menu.
  If the Reporting tab isn’t available then you don’t have this privilege assigned to you.
  Contact ePPOC if you think you should have access.

• Click on the facility name for which you wish to download a report in this case Enterprise One Pain Management Service (E1)

• A list of all reports for the selected facility will appear. You can filter how many reports to display per page, sort by heading, navigate through pages, search for specific reports and download all reports currently displayed on page.

*Only for users attached to more than one facility.

• To download the report you require click the “Download” button that corresponds to the report you wish to download OR click the “Download All On Page” button. The .pdf report/s will download to your Downloads folder (or other predetermined location).
