V2.3.0 Updating epiCentre

To update epiCentre:

1. Backup database (Service’s IT should have this information EPPOC IT team does not keep this information)

2. Backup epicentre configuration file: https://ahsri.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/EKB/pages/71598106/How+to+locate+config+file++and+log+files+in+Epicentre

3. Download the epiCentrev2.3.0.zip by using the link provided and enter the password provided by the epiCentre team to download the application.

4. Click on the Download button

   1. This will start the download of the latest version of epiCentre

5. After the download is completed, unzip the file

Apply a clean installation by following steps below:

1. Uninstall the current version of the epiCentre.

2. Delete the folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\AHSRI”

3. Run the setup.exe file and follow the instruction it provides

   1. Please ensure that you set the configuration file location to be the same as the current location for the configuration file, or

   2. If you are changing the configuration file location, please ensure that you move the configuration file to that location before running epiCentre after the update
