How to locate config file and log files in Epicentre

If you need to find config files manually, please follow the steps below.

Follow steps below to send config and log files:

Open file explorer and click on “This PC” at the left-hand side of the window and click on C: drive.
Select “epicentre: folder
Under epicentre folder you will find all the files and folders you need. Please select Logs folder and epicentre.config file and right click on it. After right click find “Send to” option then select “Mail Recipient” this will automatically attach all related files.
After attaching files enter email address you want to send. Click send button.

This guide is for standard installations. If user can’t find config and log files by following this steps, please contact AHSRI-IT.

Send email steps described assuming that end user using Microsoft Outlook Desktop client installed on their PC.
