PACOP is committed to collaborating with, and supporting, existing stakeholders who are providing palliative care services and education in ACHs.

In this space your clinical leads and collaborative educators can access FREE resource files they can download and use to provide ongoing education and support within their ACHs. PACOP provides access to a suite of education and training materials including:

• clinical guides,

• case studies,

• in-services tip sheets,

• and workshop material.

These resources are regularly reviewed and updated by the PACOP team for you to use in your ACH in line with your existing education plan.
