The reporting screen in palCentre will show information for residents currently in your care. The last assessment entered for the patient will appear on the reporting screen.
When palCentre is used in real time, this screen allows you to see the latest assessments for your residents as well as what collection they are in and their SAS and PSS scores.
To access the reports in palCentre, click on 'Reports' in the navigation menu bar. The reporting screen will appear:
A list of residents are on the left hand side of the screen and the latest assessments are on the right hand side of the screen. The assessments are color coded, absent scores are green, mild scores are yellow, moderate scores are orange and severe scores are red.
You can print this report by clicking on the purple 'Print Report' button at the top of the screen. This report will run and a pdf file will automatically appear.
You can print an individual’s residents journey by click on the report icon next to the resident's assessment scores on the right hand side of the screen. This report will include all the resident information, status information and all assessment scores. This report will run a pdf file will automatically appear.

Filtering the report
There are a list of filter options available in this report. Click on the show filter link on the top left hand side of the screen and a list of options will appear.
 You can filter residents based on phase type, collection type, 3 monthly assessment warning, deteriorating tool, yes to palCare or SAS and PSS scores. Check the filters as required and click on the purple 'Search' button.

This will refine your report with the filters used. For instance, if we want to look at residents with moderate and severe SAS pain only, the following filter would be applied:
