If you cannot find a resident that has been previously entered into palCentre, they may have been archived or delete. To find an archived or deleted resident, use the following steps:
You need to first locate the resident. This can be done by clicking on the advanced search and ticking the 'all residents' box and searching for the resident id or name
Once you have located the resident, click on the file icon next to the resident. The following warning will appear, click on 'Yes' and the resident will be restored.

palCentre retains information for residents that have been deleted. Please note if a resident has been deleted, they will not be included in the extracts that are submitted to PCOC. Deleted residents should only be test residents or residents created by mistake.
To restore a deleted resident, use the following steps:

Once you have located the resident, click on the trash can icon next to the resident. The following warning will appear, click on 'Yes' and the resident will be restored.

If you have a new team entering data, we may also need to amend the way reporting is conducted for your ACH. You will need to contact PACOP if a new team needs to be setup and we can walk you through the process.

PACOP can send you the install process for palCentre.
Please note that palCentre stores the data in either a SQL server database or a SQL compact database. You may need the location of this database to install correctly. It is recommend that this is database is stored on a network drive, however, it can also be saved on a computer locally. If it is stored locally on your PC, you will need to make sure this file is saved onto your new computer.
