Where did my patient go?

By default, only active patients are displayed. If you want to see all other patients, you would have to click on Advanced Search in the search bar of the Patient List page to open the search filter. In the search filter, you will then be able to include inactive patients (Archived) and deleted patients by clicking the appropriate checkbox.


If the patient has been archived, they will show as greyed out and can be reactivated by clicking on the folder icon on their row. If the patient has been deleted, they will be pink and can be restored by clicking on the trash can icon on their row.
