How to change facility name

 Instructions

To change the name of your facility, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Facility button at the top of the screen.

  2. Click the “EDIT” icon for your facility.

  3. Change the name of your facility in the "Facility Name" field. Please ensure that the new name is a valid and appropriate title for your facility.

  4. Click Submit when you are finished editing.

The facility identifier section is disabled by the interface; DO NOT change it even if it is enabled.
