How to reset password of a user?
EPPOC team cannot reset or recover the password.
EPPOC team don’t have access to individual epiCentre software installations.
User’s password request email sent by the epiCentre software not from EPPOC team.
Sometimes users may require resetting their passwords for various reasons. EpiCentre offers two options to help with this -
Sending a temporary email password to you.
Resetting your password through the User Account section.
1st Solution Instructions
Open epiCentre:
Enter your username
Select your Facility
Click on “Reset Password?” button
Confirm password reset by clicking “Yes” button
A notice will appear on the top the epiCentre login screen.
after you receive the temporary password, enter the temporary password.
This will pop a new window and will allow you to create a new password. Please make sure you read the password requirements section.
You will receive a message about successfully changed password.
You can enter your new password and login to the epiCentre Software.

2nd solution Instructions
Login to epiCentre by using an epiCentre administrator or manager account (More about account roles: Understanding Your EpiCentre Roles - epiCentre Knowledge Base - AHSRI )
Go to “USERS” tab:
Select the user and click on the key button next to the username.
Enter the new password, please make sure you read the password requirements.
After clicking the submit button password successfully changed.
